Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for Bradley View, a home caring for six ladies and one gentleman with diverse needs aged 30s–60s. You will help create a safe, calm night environment and work under supportive guidance from the care team.

You’ll perform keeping safe checks, maintain hygiene, record care plans, and deliver personal care with dignity. We value compassion, reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.

About the role

Bradley View is a lively and welcoming home supporting six ladies and one gentleman aged from their 30s to 60s. With a wide mix of needs - from people who are quite independent to others with profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and dysphasia - every day offers something different.

Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the people we support.

Your role will include:

• Carrying out regular “keeping safe checks” to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
• Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
• Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
• Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
• Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
