Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Service in Werrington. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them to live independently and engage in meaningful activities.

The role requires a calm, caring approach, a Full UK driving licence, and valid right-to-work in the UK. Training is funded and progression opportunities are available within a values-led team.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach to support individuals in daily living.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Desirable: experience in a supportive living setting.

We’re Looking For

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience working in a supportive living setting desired
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Service in Werrington to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
