Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Werrington Service in Staffordshire Moorlands. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them thrive in their community.

You will promote independence, safety and meaningful activities during night shifts. We offer a competitive rate of £12.90 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, and opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience in a supportive living setting preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

We’re looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience working in a supportive living setting desired
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Service in Werrington to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
