Agincare is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our service in Werrington. You will help multiple individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as possible, providing person-centred care and supporting daily routines.

This role emphasizes building trust, safeguarding, and promoting meaningful activities. A full UK driving licence and commitment to ongoing training are required; salary is £12.90 per hour with eligible company benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care or supported living setting is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence held.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Service in Werrington to thrive and live as independently as possible . You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections.

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
