Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, and accompany people on activities in the community, ensuring their choices are respected and safety is maintained.

Full UK driving licence is often required, with funded training up to QCF Level 5 and opportunities for career development within a values-led team.

Qualifications

• A calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience required to work with learning disabilities in a supported living setting.
• A team player who values consistency and reliability.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence and have at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
