Job summary

Agincare Group in Werrington is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity. You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines, encourage meaningful activities, maintain accurate records, follow care plans, and build trusting, lasting relationships with those you support.

You’ll join a supportive, values-led team with funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, and additional perks, including a refer-a-friend

Qualifications

• Experience working in a supportive living setting is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
