Job summary

Introduction to the role:

Grace Eyre is starting a new service in Hove supporting people with Acquired Brain Injuries and Physical Disabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled workers with experience or transferable skills to work at the service and support people to live full and independent lives.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the people we support throughout the night. You'll provide practical and emotional support, promote independence, and help create a safe, positive and welcoming environment where individuals can thrive.

You'll get to know the people you support and work in line with their person-centred support plans, providing support with personal care, medication and night-time routines when required. Through regular wellbeing checks and compassionate support, you'll help people feel safe, respected and valued.

We're looking for people who are patient, caring and respectful, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You'll be committed to recognising individual needs, treating everyone with dignity, and supporting people to live the lives they choose.

We have contracts available up to 37.5 hours per week
