About the Service - Westbrook House

A residential care service supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.

Westbrook House is an 8-bedded home, currently supporting 7 service users:

• 5 service users are wheelchair users, require hoisting, and support with PEG feeding
• 2 service users are more physically able and require support with learning disabilities

Westbrook House has a warm, friendly atmosphere. There is free parking onsite.

Service User Interests

• Outings
• Activities in the community

• Days out (e.g. theme parks, meals out, social activities, Christmas markets)

• Walks in the local park and community
• Cooking and baking to develop life skills

The Role

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans
