Lifeways in Buxton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower people to live more independently within their purpose‑built homes. You will support individuals with daily living skills, encourage independence, and provide emotional and practical support as part of a caring team.

No formal qualifications are required, only the right mindset, compassion, and teamwork. The role involves 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour contract across a weekly rota, Monday to Sunday.

Shift Pattern

• 12-hours 7pm-7am
• 36-hour contract to work 3 waking nights per week on a rota basis Monday to Sunday
