Lifeways Group is hiring for a full-time night-care role at Pensby Road. You’ll work 36 hours per week, 20:00–08:00, supporting adults with learning disabilities and helping them lead more independent, dignified lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Pensby Road is a modern, purpose‑built development of 19 one‑bedroom apartments where we support adults with learning disabilities; physical disabilities; acquired brain injuries; autism and mental health. Expect plenty of variety from personal care routines; walking; shopping; watching television; cooking, pamper nights, charity days; being out in the community plus lots more.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
