CJP Outreach is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care for J, a gentleman with cerebral palsy and autism, in his home and community. This role offers the chance to build a new support team from the ground up and to help establish consistent routines.
You will work nights, supporting J's evenings and overnight routines, while promoting independence and dignity. Full training is provided and prior care experience is welcome but not essential.

J has a great sense of humour, enjoys social interaction and likes to maintain his independence. This is an exciting opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a new support team and help build consistent, person-centred support from the beginning.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to J's individual needs, preferences and goals.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
J attends a day centre three times per week independently. Your role will support his wider needs at home and in the community.
This care package provides 24/7 support, with waking night shifts available from 9pm onwards.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will remain awake throughout the night and provide support to J as required.
We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker who is caring, reliable and committed to providing high-quality support.
You will need:
Previous care or support experience is welcomed but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate and genuinely wants to make a positive difference to Js life.
You’ll will become part of a brand-new team working together to provide consistent and meaningful support.
