Job summary

MacIntyre is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism during the night, ensuring comfort, safety and wellbeing through ongoing checks and personal care where needed.

Shifts run 10:00pm–7:30am (9.5 hours) with 3 nights per week. Training and ongoing support are provided by the Service Manager, Deputy and Senior Practitioners to help you develop and grow in your role within our supportive

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks to ensure residents are settled and comfortable
• Support evening routines (TV, reading, snacks) and bedtime preparation
• Provide personal care and administer medication when required
• Complete light cleaning and administrative tasks during quieter periods
• Receive training and ongoing support from Service Manager and Senior Practitioners
