Job summary

Affinity Trust in Newbury is seeking a part-time night support worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. The role runs from 9.30pm to 7.30am, with some weekend work and daytime training or meetings as required. Training is provided, with opportunities to pursue NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

You will work in residents' homes, building connections and promoting independence, while ensuring safety and person-centred support during night hours.

Qualifications

• Provide responsive night and early-morning support to adults with learning disabilities.
• Work the night shift from 9:30pm to 7:30am, including weekends as required.
