Job summary

Dimensions is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker in Bridgend to ensure safe, calm nights for those we support. You’ll work 8pm–8:30am, 37.5 hours per week, with duties that include keeping safe checks, a tidy hygienic environment, and accurate record-keeping to guide care plans.

You’ll deliver personal care with dignity and compassion, creating a reassuring atmosphere at night while collaborating with the team to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using IT systems to record information and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry out keeping safe checks to ensure security and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic space for residents during the night.

• Create a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that supports wellbeing.
• Support people to enjoy their nights in meaningful ways, with dignity.
