Dimensions is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker in Droitwich (WR9) to care for six young adults aged 19–31 with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs. You will work 37.5 hours per week on nights, providing person-centred support in a dedicated team.
