Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Waking Night Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Wanstead.
You will join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,528 per annum plus benefits.
Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

About the Support Worker role:
Orchard Close is a registered Care Home for adults with enduring Mental Health Needs. We are a 24-hour service.
Most residents are able to access the community independently and some residents will need staff escort for outside activities.
We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
Responsibilities as Support Worker:
You will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. We work heavily around Active Support which assists in enabling new skills to be approached.
You must be prepared to carry out direct personal care for both male and female residents.
You will be expected to follow and maintain housekeeping procedures.
