Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Hayes, Middlesex. We are looking for one full-time support worker at 37.5 hours and one part-time waking night support worker at 20 hours.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
The service currently supports 5 adults with needs including Epilepsy, Diabetes, Mental health, and Alzheimer's.
All our services operate 24-hour care. Rota planning is done at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life.
There is also a sleep-in option with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
