Job summary

Marston’s PLC is looking for Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll be the face of our venues, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering great service.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or building on experience, we’ll help you grow. You’ll learn orders, serving, upselling, and teamwork while you earn and enjoy staff benefits.
