Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Bramham is seeking Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help create memorable experiences.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or have some experience, we’ll train you to become your absolute best, with flexible hours and opportunities across our pubs, hotels and support centre. Join a local award-winning pub group with career growth and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great guest service is valued.
• Ability to upsell food and drinks to guests.
• Friendly and proactive attitude to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests in a welcoming manner.
• Upsell menu items to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Provide brilliant customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist broader team with tasks as needed.
• Develop skills across people, marketing and operations while getting paid.
