Job summary

Marston’s PLC invites you to join our Waiting team in our pubs. You’ll be the face of the pub, delivering friendly service, taking orders and upselling our menu. We support your growth with training and clear career paths across pubs, hotels, and support centres.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an expert, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences and build your skills in service, teamwork, and operations while earning a reliable wage. Join us and grow with Marston’s.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; training provided.
• Must be flexible with hours and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide brilliant customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the wider team and contribute to smooth shift operations.
• Develop skills in people, marketing and operations while earning.
