Job summary

Daish’s Holidays is seeking enthusiastic restaurant waiting staff to join our team and deliver a memorable dining experience for guests. The role involves serving meals, welcoming guests, and collaborating with the kitchen to meet dietary needs and guest requests.

• Previous restaurant or waiting experience is helpful but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, attentive and efficient service to our guests.
• Welcoming guests into the dining room and ensuring they have everything they need throughout their meal.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are served efficiently and guest requirements are communicated clearly.
• Ensuring all dietary requirements are correctly identified and communicated to the chefs.
• Responding positively to guest requests and helping to resolve any issues.
• Working confidently both independently and as part of a team.
• Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming dining environment.
• Providing the excellent customer service that Daish’s is known for.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Restaurant Waiting Staff to join our team and help provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience.

What will you be doing?

Our dining rooms operate a little differently to a typical restaurant. With the exception of arrival days, our guests pre-order their evening meals, meaning you'll know what is being served in advance and can focus on providing friendly, efficient service.

Our meals are prepared and ready to go at 6:30pm, when our guests arrive for dinner, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

Your responsibilities will include:
