Job summary

Marston’s pubs in Peterborough are hiring Waiting teammates. You’ll be the face of our venues, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating memorable moments for guests. No prior hospitality is required—training is provided, and you’ll be supported as you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• No hospitality experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work flexible and part-time hours to fit around commitments.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests, serve food and drinks, and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide brilliant customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support other team members and help with tasks as needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.
• Opportunities to progress within the pub group over time.
