Job summary

Marston’s pubs in Norwich are seeking Waiting teammates to join a welcoming team. You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving customers and upselling our menu. We focus on creating happy moments that keep guests coming back.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or already experienced, we’ll help you become your absolute best with supportive training and clear career pathways across pubs, hotels and the pub support centre.

We’re on the lookout for new Waiting teammates to join our team!
