Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking Waiting teammates to join our pubs and help create memorable guest experiences. You’ll be the face of our venues, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and upselling to delight guests.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an expert, you’ll receive support to become your absolute best. We offer flexible hours, an engaging team environment, and real opportunities to progress within our award-winning local pub company.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our pubs, creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders, serve, and upsell our fantastic food and drinks.
• Provide brilliant customer service and be part of a supportive team.
• Help with wider team tasks and develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.
• Progress in your role and explore long-term career opportunities within our pub group.
