Job summary
LGH Hotel Management Ltd is seeking Waiting Staff to join the Hull Humber View Hotel team. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service in our restaurant and bar, engage with guests, take orders, and recommend food and drinks to enhance their visit.
You’ll also help prepare the venue for service and ensure presentation standards are met. As a visible face of the hotel, your warm attitude, confidence, and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is welcome.
- Strong communication and a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality service in restaurant and bar.
- Take guest orders, suggest menu items and beverages.
- Help prepare the venue for service and maintain presentation standards.
