Job summary

Elior Stadia in Scotland is seeking Waiting Staff to deliver a friendly, professional hospitality experience at Rangers FC on matchdays. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy stadium environment.

No long-term commitments required; the role offers flexible matchday shifts. You will work with kitchen teams to maintain quality and uphold food safety and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous waiting experience is desirable but not essential
• Genuine interest in working within the hospitality industry
• Friendly and professional approach to customer service
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide guests with information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and well-presented
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of food
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

What you’ll be doing…

As a Waiting Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.
