Job summary

Elior Stadia is seeking a Bar and Floor Supervisor to lead the team and deliver a high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC matchdays.

You'll train staff, oversee service, monitor stock and licensing compliance, and ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards while providing outstanding guest service in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings and weekends is essential, with opportunities to develop within a growing stadium hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a busy bar, pub, events venue or hospitality environment.
• Ability to motivate and support others in a high-pressure setting.
• Capable of calm, quick decision-making in fast-paced shifts.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and team.
• Strong understanding of licensing, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
• Flexible availability to work matchdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts
• Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes
• Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift
• Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required
• Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down
• Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

What you’ll be doing…

As a Bar and Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.
