Job summary

Elior Stadia is seeking a Room Manager for Rangers FC matchdays, leading supervisors and frontline teams to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced stadium setting.

You will oversee bar and lounge operations, drive guest experiences, and support training while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Casual, event-day shifts throughout the season provide flexible scheduling for weekend and evening matchdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, bars, venues, or event supervision.
• Confident communicator with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced matchday or live event environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of bar and lounge.
• Lead supervisors and frontline teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support the training and development of new team members.
• Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while minimising wastage.
• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the event.
• Ensure Health & Safety and company policies are followed at all times.
• Work with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing…

As a Room Manager, you will be at the heart of our matchday experience at Rangers FC, leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.

• Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep team morale high throughout the shift
• Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of your bar and lounge
• Lead and support supervisors and frontline teams to ensure a smooth service
• Support the training and development of new team members
• Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while keeping wastage to a minimum
• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the event
• Manage the smooth running of the room during busy periods and peak footfall
• Ensure Health & Safety and company policies are followed at all times
• Work closely with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Working Pattern: This is a casual, event-day role, with shifts available throughout the season.
