Job summary

Elior Stadia at Rangers FC in Glasgow is seeking a Bar and Floor Supervisor to lead the team and deliver a smooth, high-quality hospitality experience on matchdays. You will support the wider hospitality operation and ensure exceptional service across all bar and floor areas.

As a confident leader, you will motivate staff, manage service speed, monitor stock and till operations, and ensure licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a busy bar, pub, events venue, or hospitality environment.
• Confident team leader with the ability to motivate and support others.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Good understanding of licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene requirements.
• Flexible availability to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts.
• Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes.
• Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required.
• Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down.
• Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
