Job summary

THE PIG Hotel | B Corp in Honiton (EX14 3AD) is hiring Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team. This role offers 35 hours per week over 5 days with an hourly rate of £14.81 including tronc.

No formal experience is required; we value a creative, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality. You will work with our kitchen to serve a daily changing menu sourced locally within a 25-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential; we are seeking creative people with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests for meals and beverages in a daily changing menu environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver the menu and ensure a great guest experience.
• Interact with guests in an informal, relaxed setting and provide attentive service.

Salary: OTE £14.81 per hour, including tronc

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.

We are currently hiring for Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate restaurant team.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We guarantee each service to be different, fun and full of atmosphere!

For our Waiting Staff, each day at THE PIG is never the same. Working closely with our kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu, our Waiting Staff gain inspiration from serving seasonal produce grown within our own kitchen garden and sourced by local suppliers all within a 25mile radius of the hotel.

At THE PIG, our Waiting Staff are encouraged to interact with our variety of guests, set an informal setting and relaxed approach to all. Experience is not essential; we are seeking for creative people with a ‘can do attitude’ and commitment to what we do.
