Job summary

The Pig-at Harlyn Bay is hiring Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team. The role supports the kitchen in delivering a daily changing menu inspired by our kitchen garden and local suppliers. Experience isn’t essential; we welcome creative people with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; we’re seeking creative people with a can-do attitude.
• Wait staff will work closely with kitchen team to deliver seasonal menus.
• Eligible candidates must be able to work 35 hours per week over four days.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with warm, informal service to reflect THE PIG’s ethos.
• Assist in delivering daily changing menus and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and stock as required.

We are currently hiring for Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate restaurant team.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We guarantee each service to be different, fun and full of atmosphere!

For our Waiting Staff, each day at THE PIG is never the same. Working closely with our kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu, our Waiting Staff gain inspiration from serving seasonal produce grown within our own kitchen garden and sourced by local suppliers all within a 25mile radius of the hotel.

At THE PIG, our Waiting Staff are encouraged to interact with our variety of guests, set an informal setting and relaxed approach to all.

Experience is not essential; we are seeking for creative people with a 'can do attitude' and commitment to what we do.
