Job summary

Global Highland is seeking enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join the Front of House team at a luxury hotel outside Dingwall. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week and a competitive hourly rate with tips, plus the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will deliver outstanding food and beverage service, welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, maintain dining area presentation, and work closely with kitchen and FOH teams.
