Job summary

Global Highland are seeking a friendly Hospitality Assistant to join our private country estate near Inverness for six long weekends over September to November. You will serve meals, assist with housekeeping, and help ensure guests have an exceptional experience in a discreet, professional environment.

The role offers live-in accommodation if required and appeals to someone who enjoys country living and hands-on service, with a flexible, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments
• Providing attentive table and guest service
• Helping with housekeeping and preparing guest accommodation

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Helping with general estate hospitality duties as required
• Working closely with the wider estate team to ensure guests have an excellent experience

The Opportunity

Global Highland are looking for a friendly, capable and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our client at a beautiful private country estate near Inverness. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-quality rural environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality and service. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estate and provide a warm, discreet and professional service to guests and visitors during events at the estate. This role is for 6 long weekends over September, October and November with accommodation available if required.

First required weekend Wednesday 30th September until Sunday 3rd October 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments

Candidate Requirements
