A healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Waiting List Clerk to join its administrative team. The successful candidate will manage waiting lists, perform various administrative duties, and require excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience within the NHS and knowledge of iPM systems are essential for this role. This permanent position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, pro rata.
The opportunity is for a waiting list clerk/administrative support clerical officer to join the administrative team within the Urology Department at Aintree Hospital.
It is expected that all applicants will have previous experience of working in the NHS, extensive knowledge of iPM and knowledge of waiting list management.
The successful candidate must be able to undertake all administrative duties, have excellent communication skills, plan own workload and work on own initiative, working to strict guidelines and adhering to Trust targets.
You will be expected to be a team player and cover for colleagues during absences.
