At Kimpton Fitzroy London, we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join us in Fitz's Bar Russell Square. This position offers an Immediate start!

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz's Russell Square features three opulent spaces with unique personalities: Fitz's Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes with a modern twist; Fitz's Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Guests can enjoy quintessential British cuisine, finely crafted cocktails, and late-night drinks. This is a gathering spot for local food enthusiasts and travelers alike to create memorable stories.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in Bloomsbury, just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station, where the Piccadilly line runs 24/7 on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main duties will include:

• Serving food and beverages with a positive attitude
• Handling customer queries or concerns
• Collaborating with our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Providing excellent customer service focused on guest needs
• Maintaining high service standards and a willingness to learn new skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting as a server, waiter/waitress, barista, bartender, or host
• A passion for positive guest experiences and interaction
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in delivering quality service with a can-do attitude
• Flexibility with shifts and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
