Job Description

We’re seeking a Waiter to be the face of our guests’ experience, ensuring they have a memorable visit from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up and breaking down the floor, service stations, and backstage areas.
2. Greeting guests, managing seating, and accommodating requests.
3. Owning the guest experience and creating unforgettable moments.
4. Checking reservations and special requests.
5. Stocking condiments and assisting with stock management.
6. Cleaning all restaurant spaces, including guest areas.
7. Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Previous experience in a busy Front of House role with a genuine care for guest satisfaction.
2. Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide excellent service.
3. A desire to work in a relaxed, authentic environment where individuality is valued.
4. Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
5. Willingness to be flexible and support team efforts.
