Job description

We're looking for a team of experienced Baristas to join our London Retail Store.

Reporting to: Store Manager

£15 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%

Full-time and part-time roles available. Weekend and evening availability essential.

What you’ll be doing;

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal, and effective service.
2. Make sure every cup of coffee is served with 100% perfection in milk texture, temperature, and latte art presentation standards.
3. Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
5. Support the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
6. Play an active part in elevating both front and back of house spaces through attention to detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
7. Use store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.

Who You Are;

• You are experienced in a customer-facing environment, and thrive on working as a team to create a memorable experience for everyone in your space. You take pride in your space and seek opportunities to make people feel at home and looked after.
• You possess specialty coffee experience, including dialling-in, espresso taste profiles, and knowledge of the coffee flavour wheel. Advanced experience with ModBar, La Marzocco espresso machines, or similar.

• You have an eye for quality, paying attention to detail because you know the small things matter.
