Job summary

You should have experience in a quality restaurant or hotel, excellent communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
• WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required; full training provided.
• Flexible to work split shifts, weekends and evenings.
