INKO NITO in London’s Soho is seeking an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our fast-paced, high-energy dining concept blending Japanese street market style with Korean flavour influences. This part-time role (32 hours) offers room to grow within a globally renowned brand.

You will deliver friendly, meticulous service and thrive under pressure, with training through world-class programs and opportunities to advance within our five brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Waiter/ Waitress to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Waiter/ Waitresses are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.

Our ideal Waiter/ Waitress demonstrates:

• Experience as a Waiter/ Waitress, in a highly dynamic restaurant
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
• A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
