ROKA Mayfair is seeking an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant front-of-house team. You will embody our passion for hospitality and ensure guests enjoy a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences, with a warm, guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome from arrival to seating.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and collaborate with team to maintain seamless service.
