Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Waiter in a highly dynamic restaurant.
• Track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service preferred but not essential.
• Strong desire to grow and develop, both personally and for the team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.

• Support high-energy service as a Commis Waiter in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist senior teammates to ensure smooth, accurate dining experiences.

• Experience as a Commis Waiter in a highly dynamic restaurant

• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
• A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
