The Role:

We’re looking for a positive and personable Waiter or Waitress to join our Front of House team. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, delivering excellent service and helping to ensure every guest has a great experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Handle payments and use the till system (training provided).
• Support your teammates and help maintain a smooth service.
• Be attentive to customer needs and go the extra mile to delight them.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service. (preferred, but not essential – we can train the right person!)
• A friendly and professional manner.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
