This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the restaurant team at a prestigious establishment in Kensington & Chelsea, bringing an Italian fine dining experience to West London.

With high-profile chef Emanuele Pollini as culinary director, this is an incredible chance to work in a Grade II listed building that features an art gallery and patron programme.

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment in all restaurant spaces. You will also assist in preparing the restaurant and garden terrace before service and collaborate closely with management and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

The waiter/waitress

• Confidently demonstrate knowledge of all menus
• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver high standards of hospitality and service
• Manage guest allergens effectively
• Follow the SOP manual
• Participate in daily briefings
• Ensure stocks are ordered and replenished as needed

Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter in a busy restaurant environment
• Good knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for learning more
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail and proactive in anticipating issues
