Following a successful pop-up, chef owners Jack Croft and Will Murray officially launched FOWL in October 2023, located just around the corner from their flagship restaurant Fallow St. James’s. FOWL celebrates the nation’s favourite bird through an all-in, beak-to-feet menu concept, with monthly specials in collaboration with foodie icons. It offers indoor and outdoor dining, open for Lunch, Dinner & Cocktails.

Waiter/Waitress at FOWL

You will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, deep menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide warm, professional, and attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
2. Guide guests through the menus, offering recommendations and pairings.
3. Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards.
4. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth communication and timely service.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area per health and safety regulations.
6. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Experience as a Waiter in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.
