Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel, to deliver exceptional service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

You will learn the menu, explain the dining concept, and check for allergens while working with senior staff to maintain quality. A positive attitude and flawless English are essential for success in this role.

We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star Hotel, The May Fair.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Kitchen, our iconic 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Waiter/ Waitress.
• You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
• You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
• You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
• You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
• You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
• As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You
