Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Commis Waiter/Waitress for its prestigious The May Fair Hotel and May Fair Bar. You will join a fast-paced team, upholding our high standards of service and brand integrity.

The role requires an eye for detail, excellent English communication, and a passion for food and beverage trends. Training is provided where needed, with opportunities for growth within a well-regarded luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end operation is preferred, training may be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language, written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are at the forefront of the kitchen and brand.
• Be proficient with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros to achieve performance targets.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic destination May Fair Bar.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join our popular 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress, this role is for our exclusiveMay Fair Bar.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests,

About You

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is preferred however training can be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
