ROKA Restaurants is seeking a Senior Sommelier to join our vibrant London team. You will lead wine service, deliver exceptional hospitality, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, premium environment.

We value genuine hospitality, Japanese cuisine passion, and a collaborative spirit. WSET L1/L2 is desirable, with opportunities for growth and global exposure within the Azumi collection.

Formación

• A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• WSET Level 1 or 2 (desirable), but will consider applicants with the willingness to learn develop.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team.
• A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert wine recommendations to guests and manage wine service.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Restaurants. As a key member of our front‑of‑house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.
