We’re looking for a talented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Waiter/Waitress to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across three locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and eight internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the USA.

The Restaurant

Berenjak Borough takes inspiration from traditional Iranian townhouses found in the rural foothills of the Alborz Mountains which surround the city of Tehran. A familiar scene occupies the ground floor: an open kitchen, where guests can take a seat at the lively counter and watch all the action, just as they can in the Soho original. Alternatively, they can ascend to the first floor to find a new Berenjak experience: an Iranian ‘dining room’, where convivial group feasts on large tables are the order of the day.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Waiter/Waitress, but most importantly, we're looking for committed self-starters who are eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. Working in a small team you'll need to be able to communicate effectively, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Waiter/Waitress will have:

• Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a fast-paced restaurant;
• Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
• Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
