JKS Restaurants in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our premium dining group. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage reservations, train and inspire a reception team, and ensure consistent, guest-focused service across a busy venue.

This role offers the chance to develop within a awarded restaurant group, with strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail and career progression in a renowned multi-venue brand.

We’re looking for a talentedReception Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitiousReception Supervisor to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across three locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and eight internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the USA

The Location

Berenjak Mayfair is the brand’s flagship new opening located at 80 Duke Street, a moment’s walk from Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair. The design direction is inspired by Grandad’s villa in the North of Iran; a space that feels homey and relaxed but also elegant and mature whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Guests can expect a mix of classic Berenjak classic Mazeh, Kababs and Khoresht with the addition of new elevated diverse regional Persian dishes. The beverage offering will draw a new focus to premium drinks options exclusively curated for the Duke Street location including new signature cocktails and an expanded wine selection.

The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor, but most importantly, a committed self-starter who is eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair, we want to meet you!

The successful Reception Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor in a premium restaurant or member’s club;
• Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
• Passion for hospitality and excellent knowledge of food and beverage;
• Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group;
• Experience working in Mayfair is preferred.

As Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Creating an inviting environment & memorable experiences for every Berenjak guest that comes through our doors;
• Taking a hands on approach to your role and ensuring that you consistently support the front of house team in day-to-day operations;
• Managing reservations to leveraging guest profiles and reporting tools to optimise service and drive repeat guest visits. The ideal candidate would have expertise in Sevenrooms;
• Leading & growing a highly skilled reception team to deliver outstanding guest experience;
• Developing Berenjak Mayfair into a pillar of the local community by building relationships with both our regular guests and local businesses;
• Working seamlessly with our Reception Manager and Resersations & Sales Manager to drive our events strategy by maximising large group bookings and collaborations.
