Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. You’ll create relaxed, memorable dining experiences, share knowledge of menus and drinks, and collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but training is provided.
• Clear verbal communication and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Able to confidently suggest dishes, drinks and pairings to guests.

What we’re looking for

• Previous waiting experience (great, but not essential – we’ll train the right person)

• Confidence in recommending dishes, sides, and drinks to enhance the guest experience
• A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
